It has a closed print chamber and CoreXY kinematics, thanks to which it guarantees high speed and print quality and a large print area of 250×220×270 mm. The CORE One also has a clever design - its all-metal exoskeleton ensures maximum robustness and durability. The Prusa CORE One is another hardworking 3D printer in a proven tradition. Designed for maximum durability and made of top-quality materials, the CORE One is exceptionally reliable and requires minimal maintenance. Its closed print chamber is equipped with active temperature control and can reach up to 55 °C. Thanks to this, the CORE One guarantees perfect print quality across materials: from PLA and PETG (even with the door closed) to more demanding filaments such as ASA, PC or Nylon.
From unpacking to first print in 10 minutes
Unpack the printer, perform a one-time calibration and you are ready to print. The CORE One is equipped with advanced sensors for trouble-free printing, so you can just turn it on and forget about it. All you have to do is start printing and the CORE One will take care of the rest - it will automatically calibrate the first layer or stop printing and send you a notification when it runs out of filament.
Nextruder Print Quality
You can be confident that your models will turn out exactly as you designed them – the print profiles are internally tuned for maximum quality and dimensional accuracy. CORE One takes full advantage of the improved Nextruder with 360° cooling, which allows you to print up to 75° overhangs without support, saving time and material.
CORE One prints fast with every filament, not just the special ones
Don’t limit your projects to a narrow selection of special “high-speed” filaments and use any PLA, PETG or one of our advanced filaments. Robust CoreXY kinematics, custom-tuned profiles for 200+ filaments, a high-flow nozzle and Input Shaper make CORE One our fastest printer yet, but one that never prioritizes print speed over perfect quality.

The Prusa CORE One takes up 50% less space than the MK4S in the Enclosure box, yet offers an impressive 30% larger print volume.
Print functional and durable models without deformation in peace!
The CORE One chamber is extremely compact and has clever recesses on each side to reduce volume. This allows it to quickly heat up to higher temperatures (up to 55 °C), which guarantees you easy printing of materials such as ASA, ABS, PC, PA (Nylons) and other advanced materials without deformation. In addition, the automatic ventilation system and active temperature control ensure trouble-free PLA printing - even with the door completely closed!
Beautiful and functional design
The Prusa CORE One is built on an all-metal exoskeleton. The closed box is an integral part of the printer and gives it tremendous strength and stability. But its maintenance remains simple! MMU3 Ready
CORE One is compatible with MMU3 – the fastest printing option with a single nozzle and up to five filaments at once. MMU3 changes filaments using an innovative retraction technique and a compact cleaning tower. This system saves filament and stores print waste in a compact, solid block.
Designed for modders
No parts of the printer are glued together – you can disassemble everything with just a set of screwdrivers. CORE One gives you plenty of room for modification, creative customization, and personalization to customize it to your liking. Print magnetic holders, organizers, or fun accessories to make your printer stand out! The software and firmware are open-source – you can find the source code on GitHub.com. This means you can modify the code yourself and design your own customizations and improvements.

- Camera in the chamber
You can install an optional high-resolution camera in the CORE One chamber to control your print remotely. You connect the camera directly to the motherboard using a USB-C cable. The camera requires an active Wi-Fi connection to function. - GPIO Hackerboard
The GPIO module is an optional accessory for advanced 3D printers (you need basic programming and soldering skills). You can expand your printer with new functions - it will allow you to control and receive inputs from external devices via GPIO pins and G-code commands. Thanks to this, you can, for example, remotely control LED lighting or the shutter release of a digital SLR camera. - Filtration system
The optional advanced filtration system is useful when printing materials such as ASA, which create increased amounts of fumes and very fine particles during printing. The fewer particles and odors in the air, the better.
