Spare parts
We offer the possibility to provide spare parts for the models in our offer. Parts that we do not have in stock are delivered according to availability from manufacturers/suppliers usually within 10 working days. When ordering a spare part, please contact us at htmodel@htmodel.sk and quote the part number, which is usually on the back of the manual, along with the model name and manufacturer. This information is necessary to correctly identify the part needed. Of course, don't forget to include contact details so that we can inform you quickly...
Additional services
As part of our services, we offer servicing of all types of models with electric drive. So if you have a problem with your model, please contact us, we will be happy to take a look at your model and assess the extent of repair or service required.
We preferably do servicing on models purchased from us.
Please note: We do not service or adjust internal combustion engines (glow, gasoline) except those purchased from us.
Price list for service work:
1. Routine service work :
Simple disassembly and reassembly of the model, simple replacement of a damaged part, other minor work.
Each hour *6€
2. More demanding service work:
Work requiring soldering, grinding, cutting, milling, gluing, more difficult repairs of damaged parts. (this means normal model machining with hand tools, we don't have engineering production)
Each hour * 10€
3. Programming and adjusting:
Programming and adjusting electronics, RC transmitters, controllers, other components, mechanical alignment of models (e.g. helicopter mechanics...)...
Each started hour *25€
*The prices are including VAT!
General notice:
In case of anticipated larger scope of work, we reserve the right to request payment of a deposit. Please note that the estimated scope and duration of the work may be less than what actually transpires. The final amount will be based on the actual time and scope of work.
We accept clean models for service - if a dirty model is brought in, we reserve the right to charge a 10,-€ fee for cleaning the model.
