LiPo battery set KAVAN with charging up to 1C and discharging 5/10C. Dual cell 2s1p 7.4 V 2600 mAh, dimensions: 93x42x14.5mm, weight 108g, service connector JST-XH, power connector mini-T, adapters for Aurora 9 and 9X.
The specific operating conditions of receiver and transmitter accumulators require a special type of LiPo cells - there is no need for high current carrying capacity, but low self-discharge and resistance to irregular discharge and "long-term stay" in a fully or partially charged state. We are now pleased to present you a special series of Lipo accumulators optimized for powering transmitters and on-board RC equipment with a load capacity of 5/10C when discharging and a max. charging current of 1C.
Do not charge KAVAN Tx/Rx accumulators with a current greater than 1C, for normal operation we recommend using currents in the range of 0.5-1C. We recommend using a balancer every time you charge. KAVAN Tx/Rx accumulators do not require initial shaping, but we recommend not to exceed 0.5C current for the first three charge cycles. There is no need to discharge them before charging – for example, you can safely charge 50% discharged batteries.
The set is delivered in a "Tx Pack" version specially designed for powering the Hitec AURORA 9 and AURORA 9X transmitters. It is equipped with silicone power cables with a Mini-T connector for charging, to which an adapter with a Hitec connector for transmitter batteries is connected. For charging, it is not necessary to disconnect the original Hitec connector from the transmitter - you simply disconnect the Mini-T connector and charge. The service connector is a standard JST-XH system type.
