Cobra colors are high quality colors specially developed for your car models.

The range is acrylic-based but has properties similar to lacquer paints, meaning they offer unrivaled coverage and durability. They are self-levelling, thanks to which they are very easy to use. They are non-toxic and odorless. Suitable for use with both a brush and a spray gun. All products can be mixed to create an infinite number of different colors and tones. The range of colors also includes lacquer varnish(A.MIG-2261), hardener (Hardener A.MIG-2262), paint thinner and cleaner for varnish(A.MIG-2263) and paint thinner and cleaner for paints (A.MIG-2260).

Cobra Motors paint application:

Before spraying with an airbrush, it is necessary to dilute the paint. The paint can be thinned as needed, but mostly it is in the ratio thinner/paint - 30/70% to 60/40%. The paint is thinned using the thinner A-MIG-2260 (Cobra Motor Acrylic Thinner) or the standard thinner A.MIG-2000 (Acrylic Thinner). For use with a brush, you can dilute the paint with a bit of water, but it is not necessary.

Use standard air pressure for spraying depending on what your particular airbrush is or your personal preference. Under standard circumstances, the pressure should be set to 1.5 bar - 22psi.

The paint is dry to the touch in about 20 minutes. It dries completely within 24 hours. The dried surface of the paint is matte.

Application of 2K Cobra Motor Lacquer:

Two-component epoxy lacquer. It serves to create an original shiny surface just like real vehicles.

Unlike Cobra Motor paints, the paint is toxic. Use a mask and ventilate well.

Before spraying, make sure that there are no impurities such as dust on the surface of the model. Mix 2 parts of lacquer A.MIG-2261 (Cobra Motor Clear Lacquer 2K) to one part of hardener A.MIG-2262 (Cobra Motor Hardener for 2K Lacquer). In the case of a higher density, you can thin the varnish with A.MIG-2263 thinner. First spray a thin coat of paint, let it dry for 2 minutes and then apply a thicker coat at low pressure (about 1 bar-14 psi) to create a "wet" coat of paint on the surface. Apply the varnish in one continuous movement from the beginning to the end of the model. After spraying, you can clean the spray gun with A.MIG-2263 (Cleaner & Thinner for 2K Clear Lacquer). Cover the model with, for example, a clean container and let it dry for 24-48 hours. In the case of dirt on the surface, just sand them lightly and repeat the procedure with a smaller amount of varnish.

Not suitable for children. Children's work with the cleaner must always be supervised by an adult. In case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting, seek medical help immediately. Do not drink or eat the contents of the container, do not rub it on your skin.

P phrases: P280 - Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/safety glasses/face protection. P304 + P340 - AFTER INHALATION: Move victim to fresh air and place in a resting position that allows comfortable breathing without movement.P305 + 351 + 338 - IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
