Ultra fine high quality grey base paint with high adhesion and durability. It serves to prepare the surface, e.g. model for airbrushing or painting with a surface layer of paint. Choose the color shade according to the surface color you will subsequently paint the model with. It is advisable to use a corresponding light shade of the base under the light shades of the surface colors. The colors are self-leveling (self-levelling), so they preserve even the finest details of the molding. The base color is suitable for airbrushing on plastic, metal (photoetched), resin or 3D printed parts. The included microfiller can effectively cover small scratches or molding defects.

Application: AK-Interactive Primer and Microfiller basic colors are applied directly from the bottle into an airbrush. The paint is supplied in a diluted state, so it can be used immediately, or diluted with a small amount of AK470 Xtreme Cleaner/Thinner. Apply from a distance of about 15 centimeters under a pressure of 1.5 - 2 bars (20 - 30 psi).They are dry to the touch in about 20 minutes, but it takes 24 hours to dry completely. After complete drying, the surface can be sanded with fine sandpaper to remove any imperfections of the airbrushed layer of paint.

Not suitable for children under 8 years old. Children's work with paint must always be supervised by an adult. In case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting, seek medical help immediately. Do not drink or eat the contents of the container and do not rub it on your skin!

Mix the paint well before use. Apply to a well-degreased, dry, clean surface. After work, always close the container tightly, the paint dries due to air access. Always wipe the top of the container dry, do not let the paint residue dry even on the edge. This will extend the shelf life of the paint after resealing.

Thinning: Use only original AK470 Xtreme Cleaner/Thinner. When using a thinner of another brand, the color may deteriorate.

Cleaning: Wash immediately after use. While the paint is fresh, it can be completely washed off without leaving any traces. To clean the airbrush, we recommend the original AK470 Xtreme Cleaner/Thinner or isopropyl alcohol. With acrylic or enamel thinners of other brands, cleaning can be lengthy or almost impossible.
