From April 2020, it is no longer possible for customers to move freely around the warehouse.
Remember that you will get the best deal on your purchases with us as a registered customer, so please register if you don't already have one.
This will give you the advantage of automatic crediting of loyalty points for every e-shop purchase with a value over € 5.
There are three ways to shop with us.
1. Purchase via e-shop with delivery to the address you specify.
2. Purchase via e-shop with personal pick-up at our dispensary.
3. Purchase in person without pre-order.
Our recommendations for individual cases:
1. Classic e-shop purchase Make a registration if you do not already have one and get the advantage of a discount.
Select the goods in our e-shop and put them in your basket.
Choose a courier service.
Choose your payment method, we recommend paying by credit card online.
Write the delivery address. Your home address is not important, just write the address where you want to receive the package.
Complete the order by confirming that you have read the terms and conditions etc. Do not forget to click in the box.
Click on the blue button to send the order.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email that your order has been received
Expect delivery of the goods usually on the next working day. You will receive an email from us prior to delivery notifying you that the parcel has been dispatched, and usually the courier service will also send a text message and an email.
2. Purchase via e-shop with personal collection at our dispensary. Make a registration if you don't already have one and you will get the advantage of a discount.
Select the goods in our e-shop and put them in your basket.
Choose personal collection in our dispensary.
Choose your payment method, we recommend paying by credit card online.
Complete the order by confirming that you have read the terms and conditions, etc. Do not forget to click in the box.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email that your order has been received
We will process your order and send you a confirmation email that the goods are ready for you.
Please come to collect your goods after you have received the ready message.
The goods will usually be reserved for you for 3 working days and if you do not collect them, we will cancel the order and return the goods to you. This only applies if the goods are not paid for.
3. Purchase in person at our dispensary without ordering in-store (least convenient for you).First of all, please note that even if you have a registration, you will not be credited with any loyalty points and therefore no discount for purchases made outside of the e-shop. Our ERP is not connected to the e-shop system.

For a smoother flow of your purchase, it is good if you already know what you have come to buy.
If you come "just to look through the shelves", we are sorry, but this way of visiting our company is no longer possible. The warehouse is not open to the public.
If you bring us an already written list of items, preferably with product codes, we will locate the items in the warehouse and prepare them for the counter.
Please expect that it will take time to prepare the goods according to your list, and that it will be ranked according to how many orders from the e-shop are currently in the processing.
Once quarantine restrictions are relaxed, all types of paints and sprays, adhesives and some small goods will be available for quick personal purchase.
