Loyalty program

1. Explanation of terms
1. 1. The loyalty program is a system of discounts for purchases made.
1.2. Customer groups are categories into which customers are assigned after reaching a specific total value of purchases.
1.3. A registered customer is one who has created his own customer account in the online store www.htmodel.sk.

2. Loyalty program system
2.1. The loyalty program is tied exclusively to purchases via the electronic store (e-shop www.htmodel.sk). It does not apply to direct purchases in the dispensary, telephone orders, orders sent by direct e-mail, or wholesale.
2.2. The buyer's participation in the loyalty program is voluntary, but due to system reasons, it is conditional on the creation of a customer account in the e-shop system through registration.
2.3. The buyer is included in the loyalty program automatically, immediately after completing registration and creating an account.
2.4. A new registered customer is automatically included in the basic group with a basic discount.
2.5. The values of all purchases made after logging into the customer account are added together.
2.6. After reaching a specific total value of purchases, the customer is automatically transferred to a group with a higher customer discount.
2.7. Display of account status: After logging into the system, the buyer will see the history and value of their purchases, as well as the current value of the discount.

3. Customer groups and discounts
3.1. Registered customer 0 - 500 € 2% discount
3.2. Registered customer from 500 - 1000 € 4% discount
3.3. Registered customer over €1000 5% discount
3.4. Orders created without logging into the account or as an unregistered customer will not be included in the total value of the purchases.
3.5. The seller reserves the right to grant the customer a special discount on the occasion of an anniversary and the like. But the buyer is not automatically entitled to an extraordinary discount.
3.5. The seller reserves the right to select some items of goods or groups of goods from the loyalty program and therefore no discount will be granted for them. These are primarily sale and discounted items, but also items with a low trading margin.

4. Applying the discount
4.1. No discount is given for the first purchase after registration.
4.2. The discount is automatically applied from the second purchase, and is always calculated from the currently completed purchase. This also applies if the first purchase is of such an amount that the system places the customer directly in the group with a higher discount.
4.3. If a legitimate claim for goods is processed in the form of a refund of the purchase price, or in the case of a refund after withdrawal from the contract, the amount actually paid is always returned, i.e. after the applied discount.

5. Period of validity of the discount
5.1. The period of validity of the discount is unlimited. The discount corresponding to the customer group remains valid until the possible cancellation of the customer account.
5.2. Cancellation of the customer account can be done:
a) At the personal request of the customer, the owner of a specific account.
b) When merging two or more accounts into one.
c) The seller reserves the right to cancel the customer's account in case of extraordinary circumstances.

6. Loyalty Program Exceptions
6.1. Companies, organizations, schools, CVČ and clubs, which are provided with a special discount for the purchase of material for educational purposes, school projects and similar purposes, are excluded from the loyalty program and are not subject to the provisions regarding the collection of points and the application of the discount.
