Product detailed description
A scale model of a remote control tank with realistic features and functions, intended for advanced users and modelers.
With a weight of around seven kilograms, this tank model is ideal for the demanding modeller. The Torro PRO edition impresses with its hand-sprayed surface (airbrush) of excellent quality. Thanks to the high weight, this model has excellent and realistic driving characteristics, especially in the off-road. High-quality belts, drive and tension wheels, as well as travel wheels, the bottom of the body and the tower are made of metal. Accessories such as matching decals round off the life-size replica perfectly.
Controls and functions:
The recoil of the gun barrel, raising and lowering are controlled by a servo.
The model has a 2.4 GHz remote control. It is equipped with an infrared combat system that enables interactive battles between vehicles of the same series. Torque-optimized drive motors deliver a precise and smooth steering system. Metal gears with robust gears and improved gear ratio provide higher performance. Proportional control makes it possible to start the tank very slowly and smoothly increase the speed. The model moves forward and backward, as well as left and right turns. It can also turn left or right on the spot. You can raise and lower the cannon and rotate the turret 360 degrees (infinite rotation). Various engine sounds, gunshot recoil, gunshot flash and exhaust fumes complete the realistic experience.
Package contents:
Finished RC tank model (small details and stickers included), 2.4GHz RC transmitter, NiMH battery, 7.2V-400mA charger, 1 bottle of smoke liquid, English and German product manual, wooden crate (with the appearance of an ammunition box)
Necessary to purchase:
4x AA batteries for the transmitter.

Quick instructions for use:
Charge the drive battery by connecting it to the charging adapter and plugging it into a power source. If the model is equipped with a charging connector, you do not need to remove the battery, you can charge it directly in the model. Insert the appropriate number of AA batteries into the transmitter (door on the back). Open the tank model according to the specific type (safety lever on the bottom of the tank, or the lever on the left side under the rear fender, or the door on the bottom of the tank tank). Place the charged drive battery in the tank and connect it to the power connector. Turn the transmitter ON first, and then turn the model ON. Press the start button on the transmitter or switch the start lever (depending on the version of the transmitter). The starting sound will be heard and the model is ready to drive after a while (about 20-30 seconds). The left lever controls the rotation of the tower to the right - to the left. The left lever pressed forward - backward controls the raising - lowering of the cannon and the firing of the cannon. With the BB version of the tank, depending on the version of the transmitter, it is sometimes necessary to simultaneously hold the safety button on the upper side of the transmitter when firing from the cannon. With the right lever, the movement of the model is smoothly controlled forward - backward - right - left - turning. The function buttons or switches depending on the version of the transmitter control the sound volume, machine gun fire, cannon fire, engine start-stop and sound set. After driving, always turn the model OFF first and then the transmitter OFF. Always recharge the battery before storing. If the battery is not going to be used for a long time, it must be regularly checked and recharged.
WARNING! This RC tank is not a toy, but a more elaborate, functional model that behaves very much like a real tank. Due to its realistic parameters, if it is not properly assembled and operated, it can cause you injury, or injure the viewer, or damage property. If you use the model in the BB version (fires 6mm plastic bullets), always follow the basic safety rules. Never leave the model unattended in the presence of children under 14 years of age. If you unlock the firing mechanism, always wear safety glasses, as do any spectators. A fired bullet can ricochet and damage your eyesight! Never aim or shoot at people or animals! Check the target area before firing. Never look (or a spectator) into the barrel of a tank with the firing mechanism unlocked, even if you think the magazine is empty. The responsibility for damages and injuries is borne by the user of the model, not the manufacturer, nor the seller!
The model is intended for driving indoors or outdoors on a suitable dry surface. It is not waterproof or waterproof, in no way can it be ridden in water and snow (it is water after it melts). It can handle driving on concrete, asphalt, hard clay surface, gravel, sand, thick mud and driving on wet surface (very shallow puddle). Attention, pebbles, dirt, or other objects accumulated in parts of the chassis can cause the belt to break or damage the ride.Driving on grass is not recommended, as there is a risk of overloading the motors and burning them, or damage to the electronics that is not covered by the warranty. High "hairy" carpets are also an unsuitable surface. Driving on public roads and other places (e.g. parking lots) with car traffic is prohibited.
Belts can be pulled out during driving due to the effect of dirt collected during driving, or due to the effect of frictional forces, especially when turning on a slightly slippery surface. Possible falling or breaking of the belts is a common manifestation of the tank model, it is not claimable as a manufacturing defect. Regular maintenance of the model is recommended.
The model is intended for modelers older than 14 years.
The warranty is 24 months and covers manufacturing defects detected immediately during the test operation of the model, or manifested during a short period of time after the start of operation. Wear and tear of functional parts caused by operation and use of the model is not covered by the warranty. The range of operational wear is not defined and may be different on metal and different on plastic parts of the model. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by impacts, overloading of mechanical or electronic parts of the model, incorrect connection, overheating, locking or neglected maintenance.
Good advice: Control electronics so-called The 4th generation HL.TK-6.0/6.1 (Heng Long) and its mutations (Torro, Taigen, Amewi, Pelican and others) has decent quality and durability. In contrast to older MF electronics based on the HL RX-18, this is a significant improvement in functions and features. It fully suits beginners and less demanding modellers. However, for more advanced and demanding modellers, we recommend a complete replacement of the electronics with an MFU Elmod, including related adjustments to the slide and flash of the cannon. If you are interested, we will advise you on everything and carry out the exchange. The replacement costs approximately €280, but the tank model will get a radical improvement in all its features!
