Made of high-quality silver and zinc alloy, rustproof with excellent conductivity. They will ensure perfect driving conditions for your locomotive and wagon models.

Connect the individual track parts together with slight pressure so that the opposing pieces of track slide into the grooves in the connectors. Do not use force, the tracks could bend and warp. Make sure that no grease or other dirt gets between the contacts. To better secure the track against spontaneous disconnection, we recommend screwing the tracks to the base with special Piko screws. Screwing is better than gluing, because it allows the track to be loosened and replaced if necessary.

Cleaning the tracks
Metal tracks must be protected from surface microcorrosion and contamination. Otherwise, their conductive properties will deteriorate and the train will not run smoothly or will not work at all. We recommend occasionally cleaning the surface of the tracks with a special Piko cleaning cube or a special cleaning wagon, never with water or oil. After using and disassembling the track, we recommend putting the parts back in the original box and storing them in a dry and cool place.
