Gloss Metal Varnish is a protective varnish for metallic pigment with a glossy finish. Protects colors from wear and aging. It also protects the surface against chemicals such as washes etc.

In case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting, seek medical help immediately. Do not drink or eat the contents of the container, do not rub it on your skin.

Mix the varnish well before use. Apply to a well-degreased, dry, clean surface. Always close the varnish well, because it dries with the access of air. Always wipe the top of the container dry, do not let the varnish residue dry even on the edge. This will extend the shelf life and shelf life.

Dilution: Use plain clean water or Vallejo original thinner. Deterioration may occur when using a different diluent.

Painting: The varnish is supplied in such a dilution that it can be used immediately in a spray gun. It is usually too thin for painting. For small repairs, it can be applied with a brush gradually in several layers.

Spraying: For spraying, the lacquer is supplied in a diluted state, but if necessary, you can dilute it appropriately with water/thinner, according to the type of an airbrush and other spraying parameters. To improve the flow of paint through the nozzle of the spray gun, we recommend using Vallejo Flow Improver, which significantly increases the comfort of spraying.

Drying time: The varnish dries to the touch literally "before your eyes" within a few minutes. Drying can be accelerated by using a hair dryer. Complete drying takes approximately 12 hours, depending on the thickness of the layer. For further painting/spraying with a new layer, just wait a few minutes for the original layer to dry.

Cleaning: Wash immediately with water after use. While the varnish is fresh, it can be completely washed off without leaving any traces. To clean the spray gun, we recommend using Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner (71099 or 71199).
