Practically finished semi-model of a high-performance Czech glider made of almost indestructible, carbon-reinforced extruded polyolefin foam (EPO) for thermal and slope flying.

The hull of the model is made of highly resistant EPO foam (extruded polyolefin) with thorough internal carbon reinforcements. In the bow is installed a C3548-750 alternating current electric motor with a folding propeller 11x8" and a KAVAN R-50SB regulator with a powerful BEC power stabilizer necessary to power the 6 servos on board. The cabin cover is removable, fixed with a pin in the front and a magnet in the back. In the bow you will find enough space for the drive battery and receiver. The rudder and elevator servos are stored in the keel, the rudders are controlled by short straight wire rods.
The wing of the EPO foam model is two-part with carbon beams, the protruding parts of which also serve as a wing connector fitting into the duralumin sleeves in the fuselage. The wings are secured in place with a plastic screw. Wings and flaps (both reinforced with carbon tubes) are controlled independently by two servos with short straight wire rods.
The tail surfaces are also EPO foam with carbon tube stiffeners. The horizontal tail surface is attached to the keel using a pair of screws for easy assembly and disassembly.
The model is powered by a class C3548-750 AC motor with a 50A KAVAN R-50SB regulator.

Li-Po battery 2600-330 mAh (min. 30C), RC kit.
For power supply, you will need a four-cell LiPo with a capacity of 2600–3300 mAh with a load capacity of at least 30C. Choose a specific type so that the correct position of the center of gravity works best for you without further importation. To control the model in an emergency, you can also use a six-channel RC set without special functions.
The ideal is of course the use of at least a seven-channel RC set allowing independent control of ailerons and flaps with two servos and mixing them in the role of a butterfly brake (both ailerons deflect upwards and both flaps down), which even the affordable Radiolink AT9K or AT1 or T10J can do today.
In this case, it is necessary to replace the Y-cables of the wings and flaps in the fuselage with four individual (15–30 cm) extension cables. Of course, the manual does not lack a thorough table with proven initial rudder deflection settings (including mixes) to easily prepare the Twin Shark for flight, even if it will be your first glider with "full mechanization" of the wing, for example.
